Unit Sizes and Rates

Lease Rates:

Subject to change at any time. Rent rates vary depending on specific unit amenities such as 220v power, water and sewer connections within the unit or other variables.

Typical Rent Ranges are as follows: (Includes Condo Association fees of $30.00 per month per unit.)
• Size: 16’ x 48’ -768 sq. ft. $480 per month
• Size: 20’ x 48’ -960 sq. ft. $580 per month
• Size: 24’ x 48’ -1152 sq. ft. $610 per month

Outside Motorhome, Boat and RV Storage
Currently No water, sewer or power connections at individual RV parking spaces.
Month to month rental agreements.

Fees:
One time $10 Administration Fee at lease signing (first month only)
$5.00 per month condo assessment fee per outside RV parking space in addition to rent

Rent:
1. 32′ long parking space $45-$50  including  $5.00 Assoc fee
2. 40′ long parking space $55-$60 including $5.00 Assoc fee
3. 48′ long parking space $65-$70 including $5.00 Assoc fee

Reservation Terms & FAQ

Common Questions:

What are initial costs to lease a warehouse, shop or man-cave?
• Prorated first months rent & Condo Assoc fees, Last months rent and a refundable deposit of $400.

How long is the Lease Term?
• We can structure leases from several months to several years in length, any lease less than sixty (60) days in length requires payment in full at the time of lease signing.
• After the initial term of the lease, Tenant can continue the agreement on a month to month basis as outlined in the Lease Agreement.

Can I do business or perform work in my warehouse shop?
• Yes – contingent on preapproval by Landlord of all your proposed uses within the premises and proof of insurance coverage as outlined in the lease agreement.
• Prohibited uses and rules regulate the use of the Leased Premises and Common Areas as outlined in the Lease Agreement.

Is there application or processing fee?
• No

What other monthly costs are there besides the rent?
• Monthly Condo Assoc fees of $30. per month for each unit. (warehouse and workshops)
• Monthly Condo Assoc fees of $5. per month for each RV and Boat parking space.
• Avista electric power usage through a separately metered account.
• Any other franchise utility fees that you wish to connect. (phone available)

Can I reserve a Warehouse or Workshop?
• No, we only lease currently available units.
