Are subject to change at any time. Rates vary depending on specific unit amenities such as 220V power, water and sewer connections within the unit and other variables.

Typical Rent Ranges are as follows: Including the Condo association fees of $30.00 per month per unit

Outside Motorhome, Boat and RV Storage – secure fenced and gated . No water, sewer or power connections at individual RV parking spaces. All vehicles must be in good,attractive running condition at all times. Management reserves right to refuse service for unsightly or damaged vehicles. Setup of recurring payment agreement required for all RV storage.
